As a liberal Jew, married to a Christian woman myself, with many in my family also intermarried, I have been open to helping couples arrange their weddings to whomever they love since I was ordained at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, Cincinnati, in June 1969. My wife and I want to assist you in making your wedding beautiful and memorable for the rest of your lives. Her creative arts degree from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, enables her to design a beautiful chuppah, bridal canopy, or bridal veil for the ceremony. We are available to conduct you wedding in the Daytona Beach vicinity where you choose. I now serve a congregation part time in Clermont, FL, and am open to officiating at a hotel, on the beach, in a park, where you choose, including at the Otttis Castle in St. Augustine/Vilano, FL. My wife, JEB, will discuss fees with you, but we believe that the rabbi who officiates should be better paid than a musician, florist, wedding planner, discjockey, or caterer, so that gives you some range of what to expect. You can have a wedding done by any of those people, but they cannot sign the marriage license or conduct a meaningful religious service.
